We have three tiers of service carefully designed to suit any small company’s needs.
If you simply want a competent and experienced Help Desk team at your disposal to respond to remote or onsite issues, this is the plan for you. We’ll be on call to remotely install, set up, configure, and troubleshoot your IT concerns. This plan does not include proactive or preventive monitoring. Remote resolutions requiring 15 minutes or more and onsite services will be considered “projects” and subject to a separate charge. All work will be coordinated through our ticket system.
This service level covers all the help desk functions described above, while we also proactively monitor and maintain your entire inventory of office technology. Your systems will be current and up to date and will reflect industry best practices.
At this optimal, hands-on level, in addition to all the services listed above, we’ll take the lead on all technology relationships both internally (users) and externally (vendors). We’ll ensure you’re getting the best solution at the best cost for all your IT requirements. We’ll meet regularly with your leadership team to make sure we’re completely in sync with your IT goals and your business plans.
